Rules
Rules
Chat and Conduct
- English is the official language for public channels. Keep it respectful. No harassment, hate speech, obscene content, threats, or targeted drama.
- No spam or flooding. Do not use disruptive text effects or color cheats.
- Do not share personal information about yourself or others.
- Do not advertise other servers or unrelated services in any channel or DM.
- Do not promote cheats, exploits, or forbidden software.
- Do not “name and shame.” If you need to report something, use the ticket system with evidence.
- Do not insult or harass players for donating. Donations help keep the project running, but donors have no special immunity and are subject to the same rules and penalties.
- No targeted callouts designed to harass opponents in the Global world chat #w and other public channels.
Names and Identity
- Inappropriate names for characters, pets, or guilds are not allowed. Staff may change names when needed.
- Do not impersonate staff or other players.
Fair Play: Cheats, Exploits, Client Mods
- No hacks, bots, automation, or third-party programs that provide advantages.
- No unapproved client modifications that disrupt proper operation.
- No bug abuse or exploitation for gains or grief. Report major issues with evidence.
Gameplay Integrity
- Do not deliberately obstruct group progress, objectives, or communication. Examples include grief pulling, refusing to participate after a ready check, sabotaging mechanics, or trolling vote-kicks.
- Do not queue dodge, AFK, or idle in battlegrounds, arenas, or dungeon finder to waste others’ time.
- Ninja-looting: the agreed loot rules must be followed. Only breaking the stated, pre-agreed rules counts as ninja-looting. State rules in chat before pulls and keep proof if disputes arise.
- Do not spam duel, trade, guild, or group invites to distract opponents in PvP.
- Extreme, targeted PvP harassment or stalking across logins or characters may be penalized. This includes aggressively tracking someone only to disrupt play, such as repeated corpse-camping that continues across sessions or alts.
Trading, Economy, and RMT
- No real-money trading. Do not buy or sell gold, items, services, or accounts for real-world value, including indirect or off-platform swaps.
- No scamming. Honor stated trades and posted loot rules.
- No GDKP or paid boosting.
- No win-trading, rating manipulation, or kill-trading/stat padding in any PvP context, including world PvP, battlegrounds, and arenas.
Multiboxing, Alts, and Limits
- You may register up to three accounts.
- Multiboxing is allowed for PvE only and limited to three characters at once. One action per keypress must apply to all clients. No key-broadcasting tools.
- Multiboxing is forbidden in any PvP situation and cannot be used to defend, assist, or influence PvP.
Cross-Faction Systems and Global Chat
- Cross-faction features are enabled for PvE. In open-world PvP you may not assist opposite-faction groupmates with heals, buffs, resurrections, or similar support.
- No targeted callouts designed to harass opponents in #w and other public channels.
Hardcore and Semi-Hardcore
- Hardcore and Semi-Hardcore characters are protected from PvP by design and must not be attacked, baited, or griefed. Do not attempt to bypass or exploit their protections.
- Hardcore and Semi-Hardcore characters may not participate in any PvP, including duels, battlegrounds, or arenas.
Mak’gora: Duel to the Death
- Available to Softcore characters only. Death is permanent. Attempting to flee or log out counts as desertion and results in permanent death.
- Choose private locations. There are no special anti-grief protections during Mak’gora.
- Griefing Mak’gora duels is not allowed. Third parties must not interfere in any way, including scouting, healing, buffing, crowd-controlling, or luring mobs onto the duelists.
Instances, Mythic Keys, and Utilities
- Do not manipulate the instance scaling or Mythic activation to grief or block others.
- Do not misuse any utility like the .buff command to obtain illegitimate advantages.
Support and Reporting
- Use our Discord ticket system for private issues, reports, and appeals. Provide clear descriptions and evidence where possible.
- Support is provided only for a clean, unmodified World of Warcraft WotLK 3.3.5a client. Modified or patched clients may produce inconsistent behavior, and assistance may be limited until issues are reproduced on a clean client.
- Do not abuse the ticket system, and do not submit knowingly false reports.
- Lost items or achievements are restored only when a confirmed issue is proven with evidence.
Penalties and Appeals
- Sanctions may include warnings, mutes, suspensions, removal of gains, rollbacks, or permanent bans, based on severity and history.
- To appeal a penalty, open a Discord ticket with new evidence or relevant context. Follow the process and timelines provided.
- Evading punishments leads to further action on any associated accounts.
Scope, Enforcement, and Changes
- Staff may act on any behavior that harms the community, even if not listed here. Decisions can be reviewed on new evidence; otherwise they stand.
- Rules may be updated at any time. Continued play means acceptance.
Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for everything done on your account. Do not share or sell your account or characters.
- Use a secure, accessible email and keep it up to date.
